NAME
     cnd_signal – signal a condition.

SYNOPSIS
     library “threads”
     #include <threads.h>

     int
     cnd_signal(cnd_t *cnd);

DESCRIPTION
     The function cnd_signal() will wake up exactly one thread waiting on the
     condition variable cnd for it to reread the condition variable.

     The thread calling cnd_signal() does not need to have acquired the
     condition variable signaled.

RETURN VALUES
     Upon success cnd_signal() returns thrd_success, otherwise thrd_error will
     be returned.

HISTORY
     The cnd_signal() function first appeared in the C11 standard ISO/IEC
     9899:2011.
