3.21.2 arckarcp - Karman-Tsien pressure correction given M and Cp0
void arckarcp(double g, double m, double cin, double result[3], int *ierr);

Compute the Karman-Tsien pressure correction coefficient relations given the mach number M and the the incompressebility coefficient Cp0   .

ENTRY: Incompressebility coefficient C
