g	in	Specific heat constant $γ$ .
p	in	Pressure ratio $p2/p1$ .
m	in	Either $M1 ≥ 1$ or $M2 >0$ depending on whether is_m2 is false or true, respectivly.
is_m2	in	Whether the given m refers to $M1$ or $M2$ .
result	out	Array with result properties as described in 12.
ierr	out	(optional) Return status code
