Calculate the Wood approximation of the Colebrook-White equation in range $4000≤ Re≤ 5×107$ and $1× 10-5≤ ε/D ≤0.04$ .

Arguments

Returns Darcy friction factor $f$ , dimensionless.

Possible Errors

Wood approximation only valid within 4000 <= Re <= 5e7: The given Reynolds number is out of range.
Wood approximation only valid within 1e-5 <= e/D <= 0.04: The given pipe roughness/diameter fraction is out of range.
Wood diameter is <= 0: The given internal diameter of the pipe must be above zero.
